We’ve been together for 6 years and just recently got married! We love to go camping, hiking and mountain biking in our spare time. We also really enjoy spending time with friends and family or having a cozy evening at home watching a movie!
Jerica loves art and creating things with her hands. She has fallen in love with digital art and graphic design. She’s been enjoying creating commissions for clients and is excited to be able to put her love and knowledge to work to create custom designs for Purple House.
Travis also loves working and creating with his hands, but just in a different way. You will often find him out in the garage welding for fun or creating knives in his spare time. He really loves making things and has notebooks full of ideas! His dream is to own a small forge, and many more lasers!

Building The Dream
Two weeks before our wedding we had an issue with the favors for our guests. In a pinch, Travis’s grandma went and thrifted some cute crystal champagne flutes, we had hoped to have them custom laser engraved! Much to our surprise, we could not find a local laser engraver that did anything other than trophies, plaques, or larger scale engraving. That event sparked the idea “What if we had such a business?” and thus, Purple House Designs was born.
After our idea was born, we spent countless hours researching state of the art, professional lasers and what it would take to bring our idea to reality. A few short weeks after our wedding we purchased our first laser and set up shop in our home office (i.e. - Jerica’s craft room) Since then, we have dedicated all of our spare time learning the ins and outs of our laser and researching the best material providers. We are excited to bring top-of-the line technology and the finest materials to you.
In the coming months we are hoping to be able to add more machines, which will bring even more versatility and faster processing times. We also hope to be able to move production to a larger dedicated space. Our main goal is to not only bring you the best, but to be able to bring you the best full-time.
